Our offices are located across the street from the federal courthouse in Richmond. As lead counsel or local counsel, our attorneys regularly litigate cases in the accelerated system of the Eastern District of Virginia federal courts (commonly known as the "Rocket Docket") where cases are tried within 8 months of filing.
