Jennifer is an Associate in the Immigration Practice Group. Her practice focuses on employment-based petitions and applications on behalf of employers and foreign workers seeking temporary and permanent employment in the United States. She also advises and represents individual clients on family-based immigration matters, immigration self-petitions and citizenship applications.
Jennifer's practice includes:

- TN Applications for Mexican and Canadian citizens

Jennifer is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association and Virginia Bar Association. Prior to joining McCandlish Holton, PC, Jennifer was an Immigration Associate with the firm of ReedSmith and a Litigation Associate with the firm of Hunton & Williams. |
