Jessica is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation Group. She concentrates her practice on Workers’ Compensation.
Jessica received her Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law, where she was very active in the area of trial advocacy. She was selected as a member of the American Association for Justice Trial Team and the Student Trial Bar. Jessica also completed the Litigation Clinic at Wake Forest and served as a teaching assistant in the writing program. Prior to law school Jessica worked in the human services field at a non-profit organization in Richmond.
Jessica graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science majoring in both Psychology and Sociology. She was the recipient of the College of Humanities and Sciences Distinguished Service Award and the John H. McGrath Award for Outstanding Sociology Student. Jessica was also selected for membership in the Golden Key and Psi Chi honor societies.
