The presentation addressed tactics associated with effective negotiations, methods for approaching negotiations, and formal settlement tools, such as mediation and arbitration.

Terri Cofer Beirne spoke on the creation of the Virginia Winery Distribution Company at the National Alcohol Beverage Control Association's 15th Annual Symposium on Alcohol Beverage Control Law. Terri was appointed by the Virginia Attorney General to assist with the creation and licensure of the VWDC, a novel state entity that will wholesale only Virginia wines. |
